Significant earning potential alongside genuine career progression within an expanding international business. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Opportunity You'll be responsible for a defined portfolio of approximately 3-5 strategic enterprise accounts, building multi-year account strategies and engaging senior stakeholders across IT, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Risk and Executive Leadership.
This is a high-value consultative sales role focused on solving complex business challenges around cyber resilience, operational resilience, data protection and AI-enabled data management.
Working alongside pre-sales specialists, channel partners and global system integrators, you'll lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through to commercial negotiation and close. Build, qualify and manage a healthy pipeline through direct prospecting and partner-generated opportunities.
Create executive relationships across multiple business units and decision-makers. Lead complex discovery engagements to understand business, security and compliance challenges. Position business value rather than product features through consultative and value-led selling.
Manage enterprise procurement processes, including complex RFPs and multi-stakeholder buying cycles. Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain strong pipeline discipline. Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence future sales strategy.
What We're Looking For We're keen to speak with experienced enterprise software sales professionals who have a proven track record of winning and growing strategic accounts within large enterprise organisations. You’ll ideally bring: Experience selling enterprise infrastructure, cyber security, data protection, storage or cloud technologies.
Success managing complex strategic accounts within large enterprise customers, ideally including DAX organisations. Strong understanding of enterprise cyber security, backup, disaster recovery, operational resilience or data management. Experience engaging CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors and senior executive stakeholders.
A consultative, value-based sales approach with the ability to influence complex buying groups. Demonstrable success winning new logos whilst expanding existing enterprise accounts. Experience working alongside channel partners and global system integrators. Confidence leading lengthy enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Consistent achievement against significant annual revenue targets. Excellent commercial, presentation and negotiation skills. German and English language fluency. Willingness to travel across Germany as customer engagements require. Highly Desirable Knowledge of enterprise data protection, cyber resilience or backup technologies.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DORA, NIS2, GDPR and broader operational resilience initiatives. Experience selling into highly regulated industries including Financial Services, Manufacturing or Critical Infrastructure. Comfortable using AI tools to improve sales productivity and customer engagement. Why Consider This Opportunity?
