Providing technical and organizational leadership across product and engineering domains, driving execution, operational excellence, modernization, and continuous improvement. About the role; Driven technology leader entrusted with maintaining the psychological safety of both direct and indirect reports.
Entrusted with the speed to delivery for multiple products within our Nursing Health Education suite of products. It sits within Elsevier’s broader Health division and has become an increasingly important growth area as nursing shortages and AI-enabled education reshape healthcare.
Partnering closely with product, architecture, data, quality, and business stakeholders to align technology investments with business priorities while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and talent development.
