Position Overview Morgan Latif is partnering with an established international Industrial Technology business to appoint a Site Director for a strategically important manufacturing operation in the Baden-Württemberg region of Germany.

The Challenge The successful candidate will lead the continued development and optimisation of the operation, with key priorities including: • Leading and developing the site leadership team and wider organisation • Driving performance across manufacturing, quality, supply chain and customer service • Delivering against financial, cost, capacity and inventory objectives • Embedding a strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement culture • Strengthening KPI management, visual performance routines and structured root-cause problem solving • Driving shop-floor discipline through standard work, quality processes and 5S • Improving productivity, operational efficiency and equipment reliability • Supporting new product introductions and initiatives to enable future growth • Leading CAPEX and manufacturing improvement initiatives • Strengthening preventive maintenance and operational reliability • Driving safety performance and regulatory compliance • Building a high-performance culture centred around accountability, teamwork and talent development Candidate Profile We are interested in speaking with established manufacturing leaders who can demonstrate: • 10+ years of experience within manufacturing environments • At least 7+ years in a significant manufacturing leadership position • Experience within Industrial Technology, engineered products, mechanical manufacturing, plastics or comparable industrial environments • Proven implementation of Lean Manufacturing methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Kanban, Kaizen and 5S • A strong track record of operational improvement and change leadership • Strong understanding of manufacturing performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost • Experience with CAPEX, manufacturing equipment and operational improvement projects • Strong people leadership, organisational development and team-building capability • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and fact-based decision-making skills • Experience working successfully within an international, matrixed organisation • Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering degree, or equivalent • Fluent German and English language skills This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Leader to take ownership of an established manufacturing operation within an international Industrial Technology organisation and make a tangible impact on its operational performance, people and future growth.
