Position Overview: Morgan Latif has been exclusively retained by a leading FMCG organisation to appoint a Head of Revenue Growth Management (RGM).

The role will lead RGM strategy and execution across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with a focus on pricing, margin optimisation and commercial excellence during a period of transformation.

Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth Management • Lead RGM strategy and execution across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. • Drive pricing, mix optimisation and margin improvement. • Embed RGM principles into planning, forecasting, negotiations and commercial execution. • Harmonise RGM frameworks and ways of working across markets.

Strategic & Operational Execution • Establish scalable RGM practices across the DACH region. • Support upcoming planning cycles through pricing and margin initiatives. • Operate effectively within a dynamic and changing organisational environment.

Please note, this role is based in Hamburg, Germany, with approximately 3 days per week in the office and regular travel across Central Europe We look forward to receiving your application.
