At Incyte International, we are building a Medical Affairs organization that reflects this evolution. This is a highly visible International role, partnering closely with colleagues across our Global organization in the US and working with teams throughout Europe, Canada and Japan.
Together, we bring the International perspective into critical decisions that influence development, evidence generation, regulatory strategy and launch readiness.
You will represent the International Medical Affairs perspective within Global Program Teams, contribute to development strategies, strengthen evidence generation and build partnerships that help ensure our oncology portfolio delivers meaningful value for patients around the world.
Working closely with Global colleagues in the US, you will help connect regional insights with global ambitions, ensuring International perspectives help inform key strategic decisions throughout the product lifecycle. /p h3What You Will Help Shape /h3 ul liRepresent International Medical Affairs within Global Program Teams, ensuring regional insights help inform global development strategies. /li liPartner closely with colleagues across the US Global organization to align scientific priorities and support the successful development of oncology assets. /li liContribute to development, regulatory and evidence generation strategies across multiple stages of the product lifecycle. /li liBuild trusted relationships with internationally recognized oncology experts, scientific societies and external stakeholders. /li liTranslate medical insights into strategic recommendations that strengthen product development, launch readiness and lifecycle management. /li liLead or contribute to cross-regional medical initiatives spanning Europe, Canada and Japan. /li liDrive scientific engagement through multiple channels, including expert meetings, advisory boards, congresses and digital engagement. /li liIdentify evidence gaps and collaborate across functions to develop strategies that address future scientific and clinical needs. /li liContribute to publication planning, investigator-sponsored research and International Medical studies that support scientific leadership. /li liPartner effectively with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, Medical Communications and affiliate teams to ensure aligned execution across International markets. /li /ul h3What Success Looks Like /h3 pSuccessful Medical leaders at Incyte combine scientific credibility with enterprise thinking. /p ul liBecoming a trusted strategic partner to Global and International stakeholders. /li liBuilding relationships that generate meaningful scientific insight and long‑term value. /li liInfluencing important decisions through evidence, collaboration and sound scientific judgment. /li liIdentifying opportunities that strengthen our development and medical strategies. /li liHelping create alignment across functions, regions and disciplines to accelerate patient impact. /li liContributing to the continued evolution of Medical Affairs as a strategic partner throughout the product lifecycle. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pYou are scientifically rigorous and strategically curious.
You enjoy understanding complex scientific questions, but you are equally motivated by bringing people together, building consensus and helping teams make better decisions.

As a (Senior) Medical Director, you will help bring these elements together.
You are comfortable working in a global, matrix environment where influence is built through credibility, collaboration and trust. /p h3You Likely Bring /h3 ul liAn MD, PhD or Pharmacy degree with significant global Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. /li liStrong scientific expertise within oncology; experience in solid tumors is highly valued.
