We are a small, high-caliber investment office managing the global, multi-asset endowment of the Hasso Plattner Foundation.
Established by SAP co-founder Hasso Plattner, the Foundation has grown into one of Europe's most ambitious philanthropic institutions building and running initiatives in digital innovation, art, and conservation.
In the Investment Office, our mandate is to compound capital over decades to fund the Foundation's own philanthropic initiatives – Hasso Plattner Institute, Museum Barberini, Sabine Plattner African Charities, and more – into perpetuity.
We allocate to funds and make select direct (co-)investments across public equities, leveraged buyouts, venture and growth capital, hedge funds, and real assets. This role is based in Potsdam, Germany. We are predominantly in-office by design. It's how we work: fast, direct, and collaborative.
