Responsibilities • Develop and execute brand identities (CI), including logo design and visual brand guidelines • Strong typographic sensibility with a deep understanding of typography as a core brand asset • Ensure consistent brand presence across fashion, e-commerce, social media, print, and physical assets • Conceptualize and evolve brand look & feel as well as seasonal visual directions • Oversight of design execution across all physical and digital touchpoints • Lead and execute creative campaigns from ideation to post‑production • Art‑direct shoots, including mood boards, styling references, and on‑set direction • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external creatives (e.g. producers, photographers, stylists) • Create visual concepts for events, fashion shows, and branded experiences • Translate brand and campaign ideas into cohesive and immersive visual executions • Build a strong understanding of brand DNA, positioning, and target audiences • Contribute to defining long‑term creative strategies and visual direction • Stay on top of trends in fashion, design, and culture and bring in fresh perspectives Qualifications • Five or more years of experience in design and art direction, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, logo design, and campaign/art direction work • Experience working across digital, print, and product applications • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Hands‑on experience with creative AI tools (e.g. image generation, editing, ideation) • Strong visual taste and deep understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends • Ability to think conceptually and execute with a high level of craft • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Nice to have: Experience working with social media platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok) and understanding of digital‑first storytelling • Nice to have: Skills in video editing, motion design, or photography • Nice to have: Experience working with or directing talent/influencers Senior Graphic Designer & Art Director (all genders) Company Description ABOUT YOU is one of Europe’s fastest growing e-commerce companies.
