BGC Niagara is seeking an experienced financial leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as our Senior Director of Finance and Administration.
Supported by a team of Directors, General Managers and administrative staff, the position maintains executive accountability for finance, information technology, capital assets, health and safety, and operational services across the organization including but not limited to the stewardship of facilities and the delivery of sports, recreation and aquatics programs.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive leadership position provides strategic financial leadership while overseeing the organization's administrative and operational services.
Based at our Niagara Falls Centre, this role plays a key part in supporting the long-term financial sustainability and operational excellence of one of Niagara's largest charitable organizations.
Position Overview
The Senior Director of Finance and Administration serves as BGC Niagara's senior financial leader, providing strategic oversight of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, audit, investments, and organizational administration.
As one of three Senior Directors reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this position plays a central role in organizational strategy, financial stewardship and long-term sustainability.
