Role Summary
Senior Associate / Director (m/f/d) in Operations & Supply Chain focused on the Food & Beverage industry in our Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice. Analyse operational data to assess productivity, capacity, yield, and performance. Identify and quantify value‑creation and cost‑improvement opportunities.
Develop end‑to‑end transformation roadmaps with impact assessment, risk mitigation, and implementation plans. Qualifications Extensive professional experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or adjacent manufacturing sectors. Proven experience with private equity sponsors and PE‑backed portfolio companies.
Deep functional expertise in manufacturing, supply chain operations, S&OP, plant consolidation, operational excellence, lean, Six Sigma, TOC, or value engineering. Experience engaging with C‑suite executives and PE deal and operating partners.
