As a Sales Executive – Public/Defense (m/f/d) , you will play a key role in acquiring new customers, with a full focus on selling tailored B2B software solutions.
Your responsibilities include: New customer acquisition: Identifying and winning new customers and projects in the Public and Defense Market in Switzerland and Germany in the field of tailored software solutions in Switzerland.
In the public sector, the focus is primarily on federal, state, cantonal, and municipal authorities, as well as educational institutions Pipeline development: Systematically building and actively maintaining a high‑quality sales pipeline through structured lead generation, qualification (e.g., via MEDDPICC), and consistent follow‑up of opportunities through to closing.
Consulting: Analyzing the needs of prospective customers and advising them on custom software development, cloud, data, and AI solutions. Proposal management: Preparing proposals and handling tenders in close collaboration with management. Winning and converting public frame contracts into revenue. Networking
