Reporting directly to the Sales Director and acting as part of the Sales Leadership Team, you will help turn strategic priorities into focused execution across teams and functions.
Driving strategic and business-critical initiatives across the Sales organisation Supporting leadership planning cycles, including target setting, business priorities, and budgeting discussions Supporting leadership preparation, alignment, and effective management of business-critical topics Supporting decision-making through structured analysis and executive-ready communication Several years of experience in Strategy, Business Management, Consulting, Commercial Operations, or a similar business-critical environment Fluent in German and English Experience in Sales, Commercial, Marketplace, or high-growth tech environments Exposure to executive-level stakeholder management Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or transformation projects A permanent employment contract with hybrid work options: three days per week in our Berlin-Kreuzberg office and two days working from the comfort of your home. ~️ ♀️ Urban Sports Club Membership: For your work-life balance and a clear head in your daily routine. ~️ A monthly travel allowance of €59 and a €90 monthly Lieferando Pay credit to have delicious food delivered straight to your workspace. ~ Company Pension: A company pension scheme with a 20% employer contribution. ~ After-work drinks, regular team events, social engagement activities, as well as our summer and/or winter parties.

As Sales Transformation & Strategic Initiatives Lead , you will play a key role in driving execution, alignment, and decision quality across the Sales organisation.
You will support leadership decision-making on highly visible and business-critical topics while gaining direct exposure to executive thinking, commercial strategy, and organizational leadership.
