Onboarding Support: Support the initial administrative aspects of restaurant onboarding, in partnership with the onboarding team, to ensure new partners are integrated efficiently into our ecosystem. Linguistic Proficiency: Professional fluency in both German and English is required to manage diverse team and partner communications.

As we continue to scale across Germany and Europe, we are seeking a highly motivated and high-energy Sales Executive - Expansion for our market expansion. You will be the boots on the ground for our expansion strategy, responsible for expanding allO’s customer base in every new & existing territory.
This is a travel-heavy, execution-focused role for a professional who excels at building relationships from scratch and winning over new markets. Responsibilities Market Expansion: Travel extensively between sales areas to identify and secure the first lighthouse restaurant partners in every new region.
Sales Execution: Build, document, and continually iterate on local sales strategies to jumpstart the employee and partner lifecycle. Relationship Management: Own the preparation and management of sales contracts and partnership agreements for new restaurant clients.
Strategic Growth: Act as a detail-oriented guardian of our brand reputation in new markets, ensuring all records and partnerships are maintained to the highest standard. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in restaurant (tech) sales, SaaS sales, payment sales, or a similar operation-intensive environment.
Mobility: High willingness to travel and a proven track record of managing complex schedules across different sales areas. Any other language is a huge plus. Efficiency: You are driven by KPIs and focused on optimizing the sales funnel to reduce manual overhead. Location: Remote - the sales areas are your playground.
