We're a small, high-conviction team with a track record: our founders previously built and exited a company for $250M. /ppWe're in the early stages of commercial scale.
You'll join the founding team directly, work alongside the CEO, and be responsible for building the commercial function in your region from the ground up. /ppWe're looking for someone who has sold B2B SaaS - ideally into mid-market or enterprise - and who knows what it takes to sell a new category.
And you'll have a direct hand in shaping how we sell. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliOwn the full sales cycle for DACH and broader European accounts - from prospecting through close /liliBuild and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise targets independently /liliRepresent Supervised in executive conversations with CHROs, COOs, and C-suite buyers /liliWork closely with the CEO and founding team on commercial strategy, pricing, and deal structuring /liliContribute to sales collateral, playbooks, and messaging as we formalise the go-to-market motion /liliFeed market intelligence back into product and positioning /li /ul /p Someone comfortable running a full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed contract, without a large support apparatus behind them.
You'll do the operational work too: prospecting, CRM hygiene, pipeline management, proposal writing.
