Keep abreast of new product introductions and ensure the sales team is informed and prepared. Herbliz is at the forefront of the beauty and wellness sector, with a focus on CBD, committed to empowering consumers with high-quality cosmetics and dietary supplements.
Our mission is to promote health and self-assurance through our exceptional product line. The successful candidate will be charged with formulating strategic sales objectives, broadening our clientele, and propelling financial growth by elevating sales and cultivating robust client relationships.
Craft and execute innovative sales strategies specific to the European market. Guide our Berlin-based sales force towards surpassing sales goals. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with essential stakeholders in customer accounts. Negotiate and finalize deals with prominent customers across Europe.
Assess performance metrics and propose enhancements. Forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Investigate and pinpoint new prospective customers and market opportunities in Europe. Deliver prompt and effective solutions that align with client requirements.
Coordinate with Marketing and Product Development to maintain brand integrity.
