This is a strategic role where you’ll use your deep industry knowledge and strategic thinking to understand client needs and connect them with Impact Advisors’ solutions.
Responsibilities As the Director, Client Delivery, you will be the primary point of contact and strategic partner for our enterprise clients, overseeing all aspects of their Medical Group revenue cycle managed services.
Your responsibilities will include: Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their advocate and ensuring their needs are met.
Account Management: Drive client satisfaction and retention by proactively identifying opportunities for service expansion and continuous improvement. Contract Administration: Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and manage all aspects of contract
