From this, we have 25-30 people on our Tax team focused exclusively on working with our High-Net-Worth & Ultra HNW clients & their associated businesses/fiduciary taxes. We've also fully embraced the remote work model & are actively looking to add a new Tax Director to our growing Tax team that has extensive High-Net-Worth experience.

Traditional CPA Firm environment, without sacrificing the work you enjoy What We Are Looking For • Active CPA (will also consider EA) • Minimum 10+ years of Public Accounting & Tax Exp. • At least 4+ years of Tax Manager Exp. • Must have strong experience reviewing HNW 1040 returns & associated entities • Prior experience consulting/advising High-Net-Worth clients with net-worth up to $100M+ What We Can Offer • Competitive Salary Ranges (up to $210k+) • Annual Discretionary Bonuses (typically up to ~8-10%) • 100% Remote Flexibility with equipment provided • Strong Health Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision) • 401k Match up to 4% | Unlimited PTO Model • 13 Paid Holidays a year (including 2 floating holidays) • Opportunity for Partner track, even in a fully remote setting (we have several remote Partners already) What's Next?
