Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans for national catering services.
• Oversee daily operations of all catering branches, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Manage and mentor regional operations managers and their teams.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements within operational budgets.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational success.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in catering processes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance departments to align operational strategies with business goals.
• Oversee supply chain management and vendor relations to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and manage technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to direct reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior-level operations management within the catering, food service, or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing large, multi-site operations, preferably on a national scale.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate remote and diverse teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control, and operational best practices.
• Exceptional financial acumen, including budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using operational management software and data analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
