Sobi is currently seeking a RD and Medical Affairs (RDMA) Strategy and Portfolio Associate Director to join our RDMA Strategy and Operations (SO) group. The position owns the development, execution, and continuous evolution of RDMA strategy and portfolio insights, acting as a thought partner to senior RDMA leadership.
The position plays a central role in shaping portfolio‑level decisions, advancing digital and AI‑enabled capabilities, and strengthening RDMA governance and decision‑making.Main responsibilitiesPartner with Head of RDMA SO to define and implement RDMA strategyLead the definition and execution of the RDMA digital and AI roadmapShape and continuously improve RDMA operating model, governance, and decision processesTranslate portfolio data into clear, decision‑ready insights for RDMA LT, ExCom, and Portfolio Review CommitteesAct as RDMA strategy lead in BD scouting and due diligence, ensuring consistency, comparability, and strategic fitDrive preparation of high‑impact materials for senior governance forums
