The role is responsible for full project lifecycle management, from concept design and tender through commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met. Management of contract execution, resource planning, subcontractor planning, and stakeholder relations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Oversight of compliance with data center construction standards, local building regulations, and workplace safety laws. Reporting of progress, risk, and cost to senior management and clients, including recommendation of mitigation strategies. Promotion of a collaborative, safety‑first, and quality‑driven culture across all project partners.
