This role will suit a driven construction leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a key role in the continued growth of a major international contractor.
You’ll take full ownership of a major data centre project in Germany, leading delivery from early-stage design coordination through to commissioning and handover on a technically challenging, high-value build.
The business is known for delivering projects at speed through an integrated delivery model across CSA and MEP, giving Project Directors real control over programme, sequencing, and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered a full lifecycle data centre, warehouse, logistics, or other large-scale industrial project from pre-construction through to final handover and commissioning.
The Role as a Project Director Will Include: Leading the full lifecycle delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Germany Taking full responsibility as the number one on site across CSA, MEP, programme, commercial, and client management Driving programme performance and managing aggressive construction timelines in a fast-track environment Overseeing all phases from early-stage design coordination through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover The Successful Project Director Will Have: Proven experience delivering a full lifecycle data centre, warehouse, logistics, or mission-critical project from start to finish Strong background operating as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager on large-scale construction projects Experience managing complex CSA and MEP packages simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
