Take over, on short notice, our ongoing project to integrate AI agents into our Vicos and business model (our platform already includes many AI features; this is a new dimension).

Launch and implement a new program currently under development for senior leaders from established professional services firms to found and operate Vicos. Expand our business development partnerships, beginning with existing relationships and then extending further, e.g. with MSPs (you will learn what an MSP is — we did, too).

Scout, secure and bootstrap partnerships that enhance our add-on services, for example in finance (insurance, factoring) or technology (e.g. licensing businesses). Collaborate with all company divisions to design processes and — as a technology company — to conceptualize platform features that enable efficient partnership operations.

Prepare and contribute at the executive level to strategic planning and decision-making for the company, including market entry into new regions or business areas. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of professional experience demonstrating top-quality performance, via employment, entrepreneurial initiative, or internships.

Preferably experience in professional services (e.g., consulting, legal, finance) with a connection to technology, including AI. Entrepreneurial mindset — we are growing quickly and expect you to grow with us. Fast learner with eagerness to tackle new challenges daily. University degree with strong academic results.

Hands-on experience using AI tools extensively and a strong interest in AI developments. Excellent communication skills — you will engage with many people on a daily basis. Comfortable initiating outreach, including picking up the phone to speak with stakeholders.

Excellent judgment in assessing people and organizations for their strengths, weaknesses and strategic fit. Fluent German and English (DACH remains our home market while we expand abroad). #J-18808-Ljbffr
