Key Responsibilities • Lead the successful delivery of major Data Centre construction projects. • Provide strategic direction to project teams from pre‑construction through to handover. • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders. • Take ownership of project budgets and commercial performance; manage variations, final accounts and extensions of time. • Ensure project profitability and commercial objectives are achieved. • Oversee project planning, controls and programme management; drive value engineering and continuous improvement. • Ensure robust project governance and reporting. • Lead, mentor and develop high‑performing multidisciplinary teams; foster collaboration across internal departments and supply chain partners. • Champion a positive safety culture; ensure compliance with quality standards, legislation and company procedures.

Qualifications & Experience • Significant Project Director or Senior Project Management experience in large‑scale construction. • Strong background delivering Data Centres, Mission‑Critical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or similar complex projects. • Excellent commercial and contractual management experience. • Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams. • Outstanding client relationship and stakeholder management skills. • Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities. • Track record of delivering projects safely, on programme and within budget.
