Drive complex, enterprise-level sales cycles in collaboration with partner sales teams. Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner leadership, sales, and product teams. Responsibilities Define and execute the partnership sales strategy focused on digital banking platforms, neobanks, and financial technology providers.
Develop joint value propositions, co-selling motions, and go-to-market plans with partners. Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, and partnership agreements. Serve as the executive point of contact for key partners.
Conduct regular business reviews to track performance, pipeline, and growth opportunities. Work closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure partner success. Provide market and partner feedback to influence product roadmap and positioning.
Support partner enablement through training, sales tools, and joint marketing initiatives. Stay current on digital banking trends, regulatory considerations, and competitive landscape. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums. Act as a thought leader in partnership-led growth within digital banking.
Requirements 8–12+ years of experience in partnership sales, channel sales, or strategic alliances within fintech or financial services. Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, core banking systems, payments, fraud, or financial APIs. Proven track record of closing and scaling revenue-generating partnerships.
Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and senior executive relationships. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Relevant degree qualification. Experience working with banks, credit unions, neobanks, or BaaS providers. Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-based platforms, and API-driven ecosystems.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments. MBA or relevant advanced degree. #J-18808-Ljbffr
