Role Description Expanding business globally Identifying business development opportunities, acquiring new customers Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones Plan and implement both short-term and long-term sales strategy, responsibility and management of the allocated budget Attending conferences, meetings and industry events Developing quotes and proposals for Clients, arrange business meetings with prospective Clients Introducing and improving internal sales-related processes Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs Drafting and reviewing contractsEnsuring acquired deals are with adequate margin and budget that allow them to be executed in accordance with the set standards Manage Sales Department, i.e. achieve goals and business growth set for the team Monitor team members activities and provide necessary advice and guidance Training sales people and supporting development of their selling and negotiating skills as well as in-depth knowledge of services Obtain sales KPI and adjusting sales team activities in line with the market situation Reporting results to the board Requirements Must have: Experience working at leading e-commerce agencies 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, including enterprise clients Strong background in eCommerce, digital commerce, marketplaces, or retail media Proven track record in acquiring and growing large global clients (FMCG, retail, consumer brands) Experience in selling complex, data-driven solutions (e.g. eCommerce services, content, SEO, SaaS, analytics) Solid understanding of the end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem (marketplaces, eRetail, product content, digital shelf) Experience managing multi-stakeholder, international sales processes and negotiating at C-level Ability to build long‑term, strategic client partnerships Experience in building and leading high‑performing sales teams Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth, margins, and KPIs Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills Fluent English (C1+) Willingness to travel internationally What We Offer Cooperation based on a B2B contract or contract of service through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation 26 paid days off from service xayajpt provision plus Bank holidays as paid days off A senior leadership role with real influence on the company’s international growth strategy and commercial direction Direct exposure to global enterprise clients and the opportunity to shape high‑impact, strategic partnerships in the eCommerce space A dynamic, high‑growth environment that combines consulting, technology, and data‑driven execution Ongoing investment in your professional development, including access to advanced training, industry expertise, and leadership growth opportunities The opportunity to build, scale, and lead a high‑performing sales organization Recruitment Process Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) - at this stage, we will select the CVs which will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidates Step 2 Recruitment interview with HR person Step 3 Recruitment interview with the Board As an agile-oriented eCommerce company, we serve global enterprises and help build online sales for brands.
