You’re comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders, shaping transformation agendas, and positioning complex solutions in a clear, business-driven way.Role Responsibilities:Own new logo acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and win new enterprise clients across DACHBuild and execute a strategic GTM plan focused on high-value target accounts and priority industriesDrive the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and qualification through to solutioning, pitching, and closingLead with insight: Shape client conversations around business value, digital transformation, and the role of AI-driven innovationDevelop senior relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makersCreate and convert pipeline through outbound prospecting, personal networks, partner channels, and marketing collaborationLeverage AI-enabled tools and data insights to enhance prospecting, pipeline development, and sales effectivenessLead high-impact pitches and RFP responses, positioning Valtech as a strategic transformation partnerCo-sell with strategic partners (Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentful, hyperscalers, etc.) including joint AI-led propositionsCollaborate cross-functionally with strategy, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling, differentiated solutionsMaintain pipeline discipline and accurate forecastingRepresent Valtech externally at industry events, networking forums, and partner activationsMust have Qualifications:Proven track record in new business hunting, consistently winning net-new enterprise logos within a digital agency or consulting environmentExperience selling complex, multi-million euro engagements, spanning digital experience, data, technology, and increasingly AI-enabled solutionsA strong network in the DACH region, ideally including senior decision-makers and C-suite relationshipsStrong understanding of how AI and data can be applied in commercial and customer experience contextsExceptional consultative sales skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into impactful digital and AI-enabled strategiesConfidence in leading end-to-end sales cycles, including shaping deals from early-stage engagement to closureDeep understanding of one or more key industries (e.g., Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Life Sciences)Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex client organisationA results-driven, proactive mindset with a passion for winning and building long-term partnershipsStrong communication and storytelling skills, with fluency in German and English highly preferredIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
