  QualificationsUniversity degree: in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business engineering, business administration or comparable fieldSeveral years of professional experience: including a senior management or executive role within manufacturing, machinery or energy technologyProven track record: in strategy, business development and organizational leadershipSkills: strong technical understanding of mechanical engineering and energy systems or related industriesLanguage skills: fluent in both German and EnglishAttributes: excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as hands‑on, decisive and results‑oriented personalityResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for two companies: special machinery engineering (~50 employees) and hydrogen electrolyzer systems (~30 employees)Define, implement and execute long‑term strategies
