For their international customers and German private health insurance patients, they rely on modern, efficient, and holistic therapy approaches to offer their patients optimal treatment quality. For their modern therapy centre, they are now looking for a new manager to strengthen their management team full‑time.

Responsibilities Management of the physiotherapy team Drawing up therapy plans and monitoring patient progress Carrying out physiotherapy treatments Training and further education of the team Monitoring and managing resources and equipment Collaboration with other medical professionals and departments Support in the development and implementation of marketing strategies Qualifications Completed training or studies as a physiotherapist with further training Experience in leading a team Experience in treating various clinical cases Ideally very good English language skills (90% of the patients are English‑speaking) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyse data and results Strong organisational and time‑management skills Commitment to continuous professional development and training Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations They offer you a position full of development potential and personal growth, and a competent, committed, and friendly team to support you.

They manage organizational issues such as personnel, purchasing, and billing centrally. The core element of treatment in their practices remains physical contact between doctors and patients.
