Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the market entry strategy for Germany, focusing on identifying growth opportunities in IT consulting for the banking and insurance sectors. Develop and manage a comprehensive sales funnel, driving business development activities to build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Report directly to the CEO, maintaining open lines of communication on strategy, market insights, and growth progress. Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in IT market development and sales within the German market.

Proven track record in business development, ideally within IT consulting, with a focus on building client relationships in the banking and insurance sectors. Ability to work independently, with an understanding of the German business environment and regulatory landscape. xayajpt Proficiency in German and English.

Additional Information Contract: Permanent Salary: Open Location: Hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely and office presence in Frankfurt, Berlin, or Munich
