Your Tasks Align organisational and personnel development with the strategic goals of the organisation and further develop education together with the executive management Design and expand personnel development along the employee lifecycle with a focus on competence management and managing talent, succession and development processes Actively shape and further develop leadership, decision‑making and collaboration structures Advise the executive management and leaders on strategic, organisational and cultural issues and strengthen the culture Design and manage an impact‑oriented resource allocation in organisational and personnel development Together with the Head of HR, take strategic responsibility for the HR area and operationally manage a small area along the entire employee lifecycle Anchor and further develop occupational health management (OHM) Co‑design and implement transformation and development projects, especially in the context of IT and digitalisation initiatives Your Profile Academic background (university or university of applied sciences) with a focus on organisational development, HRM, management or related disciplines Several years of leadership experience in HR (middle or senior management) Profound consulting and/or project management experience with independent responsibility Experience in leading transformation and organisational development projects with a focus on personnel development Strategic and operational experience in the educational policy or social institutional environment Networked, responsible and entrepreneurial way of working We Offer A central role in the executive management with direct influence on the further development of the organisation High scope for design in the areas of organisation, culture and personnel development Opportunity to actively shape sustainable transformation processes Close collaboration with a committed executive management and interdisciplinary teams We are committed to a working environment in which all employees – regardless of gender, age, religious and sexual orientation or ethnic origin – are treated fairly and respectfully.
We educate and care for children and young people with cognitive impairments and multiple disabilities under a mandate from the Canton of Zug. As a member of the executive management, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic development of our organisation.
You combine personnel and organisational development as well as transformation into an effective overall approach that creates sustainable and measurable added value for employees and the organisation.
Together with the Managing Director of Finance, you are responsible for the area of operational processes (HR, support services, finance and administration).
