This role provides analytical insights and investigative guidance for Field Asset Protection and leads a team that utilizes data link analysis, surveillance activity, controlled deliveries, and exception‑based reporting to identify and resolve internal and external risk factors affecting shrink, operational integrity, and policy compliance.
POSITION SUMMARY The Director of AP Analytics and Investigations is responsible for leveraging analytics, technology, and investigative strategies to support Asset Protection operations, investigations, and risk mitigation efforts across the organization.
In addition, the director will hold accountability for managing investigative competencies of Field Asset Protection as it relates to systems‑driven case identification, exception‑based reporting, and data‑driven investigative strategies.
The role also oversees vendor management and systems administration for AP technologies, ensuring tools and platforms effectively support investigative and loss mitigation initiatives.
The director will partner strategically to plan and analyze business intelligence for the AP function’s operating plan and to identify business needs for Asset Protection support and integration.
