IT Project Director Having strong exp in Temenos OR Thought Machine OR Finacle

Lead end-to-end program management for core banking transformation and product integration initiatives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies to define objectives and deliverables.

Implement best practices for Thought Machine (Vault Core) and other core banking platforms.

Manage sequencing of product migrations considering dependencies and regulatory requirements.

Oversee integration of third-party products, fintech solutions, and legacy systems.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy, and security protocols.

Drive workshops, requirement gathering, and UAT sessions with stakeholders.

Monitor KPIs, report progress to senior management, and identify process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, IT, or Business Management.

15+ years in program management, with 8+ years in core banking and product integration.

Strong knowledge of platforms like Thought Machine, Temenos, Finacle, and integration frameworks (API, microservices).

Proven track record in banking transformation and digital product integration.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with Indian and international banks.

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (BaFin, KWG, MiFID).

Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
