0 – 10 years of work experience at leading professional services or finance related company (Consulting, Investment Banking, Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Start-Ups or other) Investing experience irrespective of asset class Strong technical and numerical skills (modelling, financial & commercial analysis) Strong interpersonal skills Strong academic track record High level of commitment, energy, and creativity Self-starters: capable of taking the initiative and working independently as well as in teams Excellent communication skills plus fluency in English and German (we are mostly DACH, xayajpt so fluency in German is essential) Good business judgment coupled with appropriate amount of common sense Natural curiosity, fun to work with and a good sense of humor
