Leading the way in managing performance effectively within the HR team and supporting the leadership team in driving effective performance management initiatives. Our client is a leading service and supply, privately owned business based in Gloucestershire, with operating divisions across the Midlands and South West regions.
Through continued growth, development and structural expansion they now require a proven HR Director to join the organisation to embed and develop a HR framework that will help the operation through a sustained period of change.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the SLT to ensure strategic corporate objectives are met through the development and implementation of relevant HR policies, practices and procedures. Co-ordination of activities and allocation of resources as necessary to ensure that all objectives and priorities are met.
Leadership of the HR function; understanding and influencing the business strategy and the implications on the People Strategy. What We Are Looking For?
