To support our transformation journey and further strengthen Procurement as a key strategic capability across the Group, we are looking for a /ph3Group Procurement Director (f/m/d) 100% /h3h3Your responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and continuously refine the Group Procurement Strategy aligned with the Group's business objectives and long-term growth ambitions. /liliLead the evolution of the Group Procurement Operating Model, establishing governance, standards, processes and KPIs across the organization. /liliDrive the Procurement Excellence roadmap to strengthen collaboration, leverage synergies and promote best practices across Business Units while maintaining strong local execution. /liliDevelop Category Management as a strategic Group capability and lead key sourcing initiatives to deliver sustainable value creation, cost optimization and EBITDA improvement. /liliBuild strategic supplier partnerships and strengthen supplier performance, resilience, innovation and long-term competitiveness across the Group. /liliEstablish an effective Procurement governance framework, including performance management, reporting, savings validation and decision-making processes. /liliPartner closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, RD and Quality to embed Procurement as a strategic business capability. /liliDrive the development of Digital Procurement capabilities, including spend analytics, supplier data management, contract management and future AI-enabled solutions. /liliDevelop Procurement capabilities and talent across the Group through capability building, coaching, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliLead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations where required, particularly during the ongoing Procurement transformation journey. /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulliUniversity degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering or a related field. /liliMore than 10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations or related leadership roles. /liliProven track record in leading Procurement organizations within international manufacturing or FMCG environments, ideally in the food industry. /liliStrong expertise in Category Management, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and procurement transformation. /liliExperience in developing procurement organizations, governance models and business capabilities across multiple countries. /liliStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, cross-functional teams and strategic suppliers. /liliProven ability to translate strategy into practical implementation through governance, KPIs and cross-functional collaboration. /liliAbility to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution in complex and evolving environments. /liliFluency in English is essential; French, German and/or Italian are a plus. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliA unique opportunity to shape and lead Procurement across a fast-growing international food group. /liliA highly visible leadership role with direct impact on business performance, profitability and long-term value creation. /liliThe opportunity to build and transform a Group-wide Procurement organization and establish best-in-class capabilities across multiple countries and production sites. /liliA dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where collaboration, operational excellence and continuous improvement are key success factors. /liliClose collaboration with executive leadership, Business Unit management and international teams across the Group. /liliA central Group role based in Switzerland with broad exposure to international stakeholders, manufacturing sites and strategic suppliers across Europe. /liliCompetitive employment conditions and opportunities for personal growth and professional development. /li /ul /p ppbWe create moments of enjoyment for food lovers of all generations /b /ppThe IDAK Food Group, headquartered in Spreitenbach, is a fast-growing European premium frozen food group with around 2,300 employees, approximately CHF 590 million in net sales, and 18 production sites.
