Confidential Executive Search - VP Procurement & Supply Chain Southern Germany | Hybrid (3 days in office typically) with 30-50% international travel We are currently conducting a strictly confidential search for an international, fast-evolving organisation with a significant global footprint.

This role represents a critical leadership appointment at group level, reporting directly to the CEO and leading a large international procurement and supply chain organization across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.

The Opportunity The incoming executive will take ownership of a highly complex global supply chain and procurement environment undergoing substantial transformation and international scaling.

Key areas of responsibility include: • Global Supply Chain Management and S&OP • Procurement & Strategic Sourcing • Logistics, Customs & Trade Compliance • Operational Excellence & Process Transformation • Supply Chain Digitalisation • EHS & Product Compliance Governance • International leadership across multi-regional teams The organisation is seeking a leader capable of combining: Strong strategic thinking Commercial and wholesale/B2B/trading business exposure Pragmatic top-level leadership Transformation and change management expertise Demonstrated experience leading large, international Procurement & SCM organisations Ideal Background We are particularly interested in executives with experience in: • International wholesale / distribution environments • Complex global supply chains • Procurement transformation • Multi-country operational leadership • Fast-scaling or highly dynamic businesses Candidate Profile • Fluent German and English required • Strong multi-regional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities • Strategic but execution-oriented mindset • Comfortable operating in fast-moving international environments • Willingness to travel internationally (~50%) Additional Information • Hybrid working model • Southern Germany location (can be shared alongside industry details during the process) • Executive compensation package up to approx. €195k + company car + other benefits • Fast-moving and highly confidential process Due to the confidential nature of the assignment, additional details will be shared directly with selected candidates.
