Required Qualifications • Language Proficiency: Fluent German (C2) and business-fluent English (C1), both verbal and written. • Academic Background: Master's degree (M.Sc., M.A., MBA, or equivalent) in Business Administration or a related field. • Work History: 3+ years of relevant experience (within a total 2–6 year career footprint) in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital health, or SaaS environments. • Technical & PM Skills: Expertise in project methodologies alongside strong analytical problem-solving skills. • Location Commitment: Complete willingness to work full-time on-site in Eggenfelden, with occasional business travel. • Core Qualities: Self-starter mindset, clear communication style, high energy, and strong attention to detail.
