Responsibilities
• Lead the financial operations of Devsu, acting as a strategic partner to leadership.
• Own financial visibility, planning, and decision support across the company.
• Ensure financial accuracy and help shape the financial direction of the business.
• Own the monthly close process across entities.
• Oversee preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss (P&L), and Cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Ecuadorian accounting, tax, and labor regulations, and U.S.
GAAP.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Build and maintain financial models to support growth decisions.
• Provide insights on profitability by client/service line, cost structure, margin optimization, cash flow, and capital allocation.
• Support leadership in strategic initiatives such as pricing, expansion, and efficiency.
• Identify risks and opportunities proactively.
• Design and implement cost control and financial discipline frameworks.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles, with increasing responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Ecuadorian accounting and tax regulations (required).
• Strong knowledge of U.S.
