A top UK law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join their nationally recognised Family Law team.

Key Responsibilities Lead complex and sensitive family law cases from start to finish Provide supervision and mentorship to junior colleagues Build and maintain lasting client relationships Play an active role in business development and raising the team's profile locally Contribute to the strategic growth of the practice in West Sussex What We're Looking For Extensive experience in private Family Law (Senior Associate or Legal Director level) Confidence in handling complex cases and leading on significant matters A strong network in the local market o With a strong reputation for delivering outstanding client care and legal expertise, the firm offers a collaborative, inclusive environment where people are genuinely valued.
