ph3Job Description The Position /h3pWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Director of Strategic Alliances and Integration to join our team.

Additionally, the candidate should bring breadth and depth of scientific/technical, business, and deal making knowledge. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage strategic alliances to maximize value and ensure successful collaboration. /liliLead the integration of companies and assets, ensuring smooth transitions and effective assimilation. /liliDevelop and implement strategies to enhance alliance programs and integration processes. /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure alignment and synergy. /liliUtilize strategic thinking to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within alliances and integrations. /liliNavigate and resolve ambiguity in complex situations to drive successful outcomes. /liliFoster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across different cultural backgrounds. /liliSupport Corporate Development initiatives on new deals and lead alliance amendments. /liliEnsure thorough understanding and adherence to contractual obligations by cross functional teams. /liliExecute operational and governance strategies effectively in line with contractual terms. /liliResolve conflicts and manage issues that arise within alliances and integrations. /liliCodify alliance, integration learnings and develop best practices. /li /ulh3Required Education, Experience, and Skills /h3ulliExperience managing complex commercial pharmaceutical alliances is highly preferred, including: knowledge of business practice compliance requirements within the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., promotional compliance, appropriate interactions, governance frameworks). /liliawareness of market access strategies, payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, and pricing fundamentals. /liliworking knowledge of supply chain management principles relevant to pharmaceutical products. /liliunderstanding of pharmaceutical medical affairs strategies / scientific engagement models understanding of key financial principles, including PL components (Gross / Net sales, Product Gross Margin, Operating Income). /liliDirect experience in managing integrations is a plus. /liliStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams. /liliProven strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies. /liliGood knowledge of deal-making and leading alliance amendments Thorough understanding of contractual obligations and operational execution accordingly. /liliAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environment and navigate cultural differences. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /liliStrong conflict resolution skills. /li /ulh3Education and Experience: /h3pBachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred. /ppMinimum of 7 years of experience in drug development, commercialization, or related area. /ppDemonstrated success in managing alliances and integrations – ideally including a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex commercial alliances. /ph3Why Join Us /h3ulliOpportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative organization. /liliWork on challenging and impactful projects in the pharmaceutical industry. /liliCollaborative and inclusive work environment. /li /ulh3Who We Are: /h3pOrganon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
