About Our Client Our client is an international company in the cosmetics industry. Experience in an international and/or cosmetics/luxury environment is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones.
Organize internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-ups. Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries) and expense reporting. Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners. Support preparation of presentations, reports, and key documents.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and anticipate needs proactively. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. The Successful Applicant Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (ideally multiple executives). Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail and reliability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (e.g.
