In this role, you will coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and business trips, prepare for and follow up on meetings, and create presentations and minutes. You will support communication with internal and external stakeholders and handle confidential information and documents with the utmost care.
In addition, you will participate in strategic projects and special tasks in the management environment and actively contribute to the efficient design of our processes.
Your Profile Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Initial professional experience in an assistant role, ideally in a management environment Strong organizational skills and a high degree of discretion Strong communication skills in German and English Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally experience with CRM systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
