We are seeking an Executive Assistant (4-month maternity cover) between August to November 2026 to provide support to the Deputy CEO and Chief Underwriting and Pricing Officer (CUPO) for Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa, as well as other senior executives in the Life and Health Regional Office.
Your Role Support the Deputy CEO and CUPO for Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa and other senior executives in Life and Health Regional Office with activities such as: Provide support on daily administrative matters.
Maintain calendars by planning, scheduling and prioritizing meetings and appointments, considering travel, time zones and competing priorities. Support travel arrangements (including applications and renewal of travel visas), and ensure timely submission of expense claims.
Liaise and collaborate effectively with other executive assistants within Munich Re to support activities, events and other projects as needed. Coordinate administrative needs of the Life & Health Regional Office (e.g. stationery supplies, ordering of business cards, etc.)
