We are seeking ahighly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team. This role offers exposure to board-level operations, investors, and international stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-growing biotech.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars and priorities for the CEO and senior leadership.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, visas, and on-the-ground support.
• Organize board meetings, investor interactions, and executive events, ensuring materials and follow-ups are delivered.
• Handle administration, documentation, and expense management with discretion.
• Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, ensuring professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support presentations, reports, and special projects as required.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years’ experience as an executive assistant, ideally in biotech, pharma, or fast-paced international organizations.
• Proven track record in logistics and executive travel management .
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English and German .
• Proficiency with productivity tools (MS Office, Teams, project management tools and expense systems).
• High discretion, professionalism, and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
