ph3Role Summary /h3 pThe Director, End-to-End Supply Chain is accountable for the global strategy, governance, and performance of the end-to-end supply chain – from demand planning through sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery.

This role defines and drives a supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring service excellence, cost competitiveness, and optimal working capital. The Director operates cross-functionally at the leadership level to enable enterprise decision‑making and deliver measurable business impact.

Key success factors include strategic thinking, operational excellence, customer focus, financial acumen, and the ability to influence cross‑functional decisions to deliver sustainable business results.

The role is based in Switzerland, located at either our Schaffhausen or Geneva site, and reports to the VP, Supply Chain. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives. /li liLead demand and supply planning processes to ensure service, capacity, and supply continuity. /li liDrive inventory optimization and working capital improvement while protecting customer service. /li liOptimize manufacturing networks, asset utilization, and operational performance. /li liImprove logistics and distribution efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance. /li liEstablish governance, performance metrics, and accountability across the supply chain organization. /li liLead digital transformation, advanced planning, and process standardization initiatives. /li liManage supply chain contribution to profitability, cost performance, and working capital. /li liBalance customer, market, and business requirements through risk management and scenario planning. /li /ul h3Required Experience Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). /li li15+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning roles within a regulated environment, preferably from the Chemical Manufacturing, Agrochemical (AgChem), or Crop Protection industries. /li liProven leadership experience managing an end-to-end supply chain within a global, matrix organization. /li liDemonstrated track record of leading large-scale network design and supply chain optimization initiatives. /li liStrong financial acumen with a demonstrable direct impact on PL and working capital. /li liAdvanced analytical capabilities, including scenario modeling and data-driven decision-making. /li liStrong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. /li liDeep understanding of, and experience with, complex regulatory and compliance environments. /li liProfessional certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP), PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable. /li /ul /p
