We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Sales Executive with a proven track record of driving revenue and building long-term customer relationships in the software development tools and embedded systems domain. This role focuses on providing innovative solutions to organizations developing embedded, IoT, and safety-critical applications.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in consultative sales, and has a strong technical understanding of software development processes and tools.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development in the embedded software or software development tools domain. • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, quality assurance processes, and testing methodologies. • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. • Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business value propositions. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. • Experience selling to industries that develop safety-critical systems, such as aerospace, automotive, or medical devices. • Familiarity with software testing, static analysis, or compliance tools. • Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 26262, DO-178C, or IEC 62304. • Ability to speak a second language is a plus.
