You are responsible for building, scaling, and continuously steering a complex international program organization.
You take on overall responsibility for orchestrating a complex transformation program with a large, predominantly matrix-organized program organization (>50+ FTE, distributed across numerous internal and external roles) over multiple years.
Tasks with Impact Define and own the global S/4HANA program strategy, vision, and roadmap, consistently aligning them with the company's transformation objectives. You act as the central interface between top management, business functions, and IT, ensuring close alignment across all stakeholders.
Together with the business functions, you make deliberate trade-off decisions between standardization, local requirements, cost, timeline, and organizational feasibility.
This includes in particular the clarification of roles, responsibilities, capacities, and interfaces, as well as the conscious management of parallel roles and competing workloads within the program.
You work closely and continuously with the responsible leads of the Finance Target Operating Model Transformation, the Supply Chain Transformation, and the Business Process Architect to ensure that process design, organizational development, and system implementation are integrated, consistent, and aligned along a shared transformation logic.
