Your Responsibilities Train and develop the production team on all machines to ensure efficient, safe and quality-oriented production Train and lead the technical service team to ensure reliable maintenance, repair and high availability of all machinery and facilities Develop and implement cleaning plans, maintenance routines and preventive measures to keep all equipment in excellent condition Establish stable workflows, clear information flows and transpare Your Profile
University degree or equivalent technical vocational education with at least 5 years of professional experience in Production and/or Technical Service Management.
Strong hands-on experience in both technical service (maintenance, repair) and production operations. Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge. Good understanding of PLC systems and machine control programs. Strong analytical skills combined with structured project management capabilities.
High level of accuracy, reliability and sense of responsibility. Strong problem-solving mindset with a practical and solution-oriented approach. Willingness to relocate to Thailand for a long-term assignment.
