Benefits Competitive total annual compensation package ranging from $40,000 to $90,000 USD , including base salary, performance bonus, and equity opportunities. Impactful role focused on developing teams, improving employee experience, and enabling business growth.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale the people function within a fast-growing, technology-driven organization. Working closely with executive leadership, you will influence how the organization attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent.
The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across recruiting, organizational development, and people processes. You will help create a high-performance culture within a globally distributed environment built around ownership, collaboration, and innovation.

Accountabilities Own and evolve the overall Talent and People strategy, ensuring the organization has the structure, processes, and capabilities needed to support continued growth.
Lead company-wide talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and recruiting operations while improving hiring quality, speed, and predictability. Personally support executive and leadership-level hiring initiatives, including improving interview processes, candidate experience, and evaluation frameworks.
Build and maintain scalable people operations systems covering onboarding, offboarding, documentation, policies, and employee support. Develop performance management, feedback, career development, and retention programs to support employee growth and engagement.
Establish visibility into organizational health through people metrics, insights, and proactive identification of talent-related risks. Act as a strategic partner to executives by providing practical solutions and building the infrastructure required for long-term growth.
Requirements 5–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Human Resources, or related leadership roles. Proven experience supporting organizations with 100+ employees, ideally within high-growth startups, agencies, technology companies, or rapidly scaling environments.
Strong understanding of people operations within remote-first or globally distributed organizations. Demonstrated ability to build recruiting systems, onboarding frameworks, performance management processes, and employee development programs.
Strong organizational judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to operate effectively with limited information and changing priorities. A proactive ownership mindset with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where building new systems and processes is a core part of the role. Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from the location where you perform best.
