Now, we’re looking for an exceptional Directorof Product & AI to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotalrole in driving our next phase of growth and innovation.

Working as part of theSenior Leadership Team, you'll influence organisational strategy, work closelywith the Managing Director and Board, and lead a product-led transformationthat delivers measurable business outcomes.

Yourresponsibilities will include: • Defining anddelivering our Product and AI strategy aligned to our business goals. • Building andleading a high-performing Product function, embedding best practice acrossProduct Management and Product Ownership. • Creatingcustomer-led product roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes. • Driving productinnovation using customer insight, operational feedback and marketintelligence. • Identifyingopportunities to apply AI, automation and intelligent workflows to improvecustomer experience, productivity and operational efficiency. • Leadingproduct-led transformation programmes that simplify processes and improvethe way we work. • Working closelywith Technology, Data and Operational teams to ensure products aredelivered effectively and adopted successfully. • Establishingclear governance, prioritisation frameworks and success measures acrossthe product portfolio. • Using data andcustomer insight to inform investment decisions and continuousimprovement. • Acting as atrusted advisor to the Executive Team and Board on Product, AI and digitaltransformation.

You'llbring: • Significantexperience leading Product teams within a technology-enabled or digitallytransforming organisation. • A proven trackrecord of defining and delivering successful product strategies androadmaps. • Experienceleading product-led transformation and organisational change. • Strongexperience building and developing Product Managers and creatinghigh-performing product teams. • The ability toidentify and apply AI, automation and emerging technologies to improveproducts, services and business performance. • A strongunderstanding of customer-centred product development, user experience anddata-driven decision making. • Experiencepartnering with Technology, Engineering and Data teams to successfullydeliver digital products. • Strongcommercial acumen with the ability to link product investment tomeasurable business outcomes. • Excellentstakeholder management skills, including experience working with Executiveteams and Boards. • Outstandingleadership, communication and influencing skills.
