About the job Director of Engineering Suite What you’ll be responsible for: • Growing the newly formed department to 20 team members • Own the suite department's tech strategy and roadmap.

Ensure that the suite’s goals are overall aligned with company goals by collaborating with senior management throughout the organization. • Be a mentor and coach to an excellent team of technical leaders and support them in their personal development.

Actively recruit new leaders and team members. • Ensure that our products are built in time and with a consistent user experience.
